Manning linked to HGH by Documentary (key witness has recanted)

But shouldn't they watch the report before calling it trash?

I would've joined folks ridiculing Al-Jazeera if all I read was this report about the "source" renegging on the story. However, if you watch the story you would see he was no source. The guy was caught on hidden camera admitting to all sorts of illegal behavior. Now that the hidden camera story has come to light he's claiming he lied. Its so pathetic a kid could see through it.

The Al-Jazeera report was CREDIBLE if you watched it.

Credible defined: worthy of belief or confidence; trustworthy:

Al Jazeera: not

That is all. :hi:

This is the part that makes me squirm. If you were going to take HGH, wouldn't it be pretty convenient/smart to have it shipped to your wife for some other treatment so that, if anyone found out, you could hide behind privacy laws?

I don't want to think PM would ever break the rules like that, but ... we all know how bad he wants to win. I'm not saying I think he did it, but it smells fishy enough. It's at least plausible that he did, and I hate that his reputation will take a hit (whether or not it's true).

My big question is how did this Sly guy know that Manning's wife received medication sent to their residence. Peyton pretty much insinuated that she did receive something. Was this just a lucky guess on the accuser's part? I would think not. Leads me to believe that in his brief tenure interning at the clinic he was privy to some 2nd hand info or had access to records of some sort.

There is a difference between appearing credible and actually being credible

Seriously though, all of this is bullcrap, but on a funny note if he had been taking HGH products he ought to get his money back.

Or up the dosage. According to this guy (who turns 70 soon) HGH will be OTC in 10 years

Your opinion is noted. Let others have theirs. I have always thought AJ was trash. IMO they always have been and always wil be.

Of course they're trash BTO, you're dead on 100%. Have people forgotten who they are? D4H is likely too young to remember that they were/are the mouthpiece for Middle Eastern despots/totalitarian regimes...including Saddam Hussein when he was still in power in Iraq. As originally constituted, they were an enemy of the state IMO, and the powers that be in our country knowingly welcomed them with open arms to begin their anti-American propaganda within our borders. Of course these days, it'd be difficult to distinguish them from virtually every other Anerican news outlet in the country.

Lied about the whole thing. Never worked at the place. He only interned for a couple months in 2013, two years after Manning went there.

And people still believe it's true.

It's not very credible if the source wasn't properly vetted, or vetted at all before airing it. It certainly appears he wasn't considering Sly was not even working at the Guyer Institute at the time of his claim.

Just another racist attack on a Middle Aged White Christian Male. The most scrutinised, slandered, viciously attacked "group" of people in the world.

Al Jeerza = liberal rag?

Liberal rag, Muslim sympathizers, a group of over educated nuts that believe a bunch of the agenda based nonsense they learned in universities that use their former prestige to brainwash those who will be in positions of power and influence. Oh, and it shares the name of the very same news agency out of Qatar that is the glorified mouthpiece of the Saudi government.

Yeah, that Al Jazeera.

You can thank Al Gore for jump starting this mouth piece (Al Jazeera) with his sell of Current TV a few years back.

Ole Al, counting Benjamin's and advising us to turn the heater down, SMH

The fact that people still believe or even entertain this hit piece tells me all I need to know about the mentality of people today. An Arab controlled news channel in America runs a suspect documentary based on one source that immediately recanted on a white male who for the most part had a controversy free career. The same guy is looked up to by many and will go down as a top 5 QB all time in the game. Not hard to see where the motivation stems from.

We are headed closer to a real life version of Idiocracy with each passing day.

I'm a huge Peyton fan and always will be, but my gut tells me this isn't over.

If he did use them for recovery, at a time he wasn't playing and they weren't banned, then a denial makes no sense. Or, the simple explination is that it's not true. I hope this is the case.

Are you dense or what? On this website you don't lie about Peyton and survive. The rest of it doesn't really matter. What is so hard for you to understand about that?

Maybe some of the posters on VN are not of an age where they would consider anti aging treatments. If they were they would know A. A spouse approaching middle age like PM's spouse buys every balm, potion, salve, lotion, cream, and undergoes any regimen available to fight off wrinkles and an aging appearance. B. Anti aging treatments especially those that seem effective and involve HGH are expensive depending on the program and cost on the order of $3000 per month and up for starters, not for the masses out here, only well oiled doctors, lawyers, celebrities, and athletes of which PM's wife is one. Too many on VN here are making a vast leap to a false conclusion that PM's wife involved with a medical program of anti aging which does use HGH necessarily equates to his use. It does not, he said it does not, and his character has been impeccable and yet some on VN abandon him. Turn in your VFL cards if you are one of those on here doubting Peyton Manning.

sly had no idea he was being taped, right?

Meaning what he recanted was about stuff from what he believed to be a private conversation?

Women also have a higher growth hormone content than men. Studies show that growth hormone production correlates with a woman's estrogen production. So it stands to reason as a woman ages and her estrogen levels decrease so would her growth hormone production. I'm not even going to give any validity to this laughable attempt to smear a person's reputation. But I will say it is not that bizarre or even questionable if Peyton's wife is using HGH supplementation to increase her quality of life. They can definitely afford the treatments for her, so why wouldn't she do whatever it took to stay and feel young?
