It's usually the case with burners that can take the top off of a defense... He needs to get some moves in his arsenal that will help I.e. Push, pull or swim or dip and rip....Don't know why people act surprised by Mayock's assessment. Beating press coverage has been an obvious problem for us the past two years.

After his comments during an interview I doubt we see another 5* wr during CBJ time here. Something about how other schools gave their WRs more opportunities to show their skills.
If we actually establish a dynamic passing game and develop some receivers, Malone's comments will be forgotten. Recruits judge more by what they see happening on the field rather than the comments of an ex-player.
I like Malone and look forward to seeing him drafted, but I agree with him that he was underutilized here.

Numbers don't lie so here are the SEC numbers:
Dobbs:
3rd in passing yards
1st in passing TD's
1st in passer rating
2nd in completion percentage
3rd in yards per attempt
Malone:
3rd in receiving yards
3rd in receiving TD's
2nd in YPC
Its amazing what the numbers are considering we didn't have an attack.
haha
Was that before or after your prediction of 4.35?
Because that's what I remember.
He's always hedging Charger. He bumped up from 4.35 to 4.39 yesterday, after getting burned by AK on Friday and Dobbs earlier in the morning. A lot of, if not most of, figured Malone would run somewhere in the 4.4s.....and 4.39 is awfully close to "the 4.4s".
There's no downside to running it a second time
The lack of film will make Malone a 4-5 round wr that will develop into one of the best WRs in the league. By the end of his career he will be considered on of the best steals in the draft. No one will ever over take Brady but he will be one mentioned.
