Mayock throwing shade at Malone. Wth? Said he never had a press man coverage TD. Whatever. Saw him many times go get the ball in tight coverage. Plus, he also ran past guys.

Should've touted that 4.41 more. Best time of the day for a WR.

As a coach you can teach that to a WR. You can't teach 4.41 speed.

Ridiculous comment by Mayock IMO.

I heard fox sports guys during the season say some NFL team is going to get "very, very lucky with Malone". So, these guys are talking.... that's their job...talk...that's why they are called talking heads.

After his comments during an interview I doubt we see another 5* wr during CBJ time here. Something about how other schools gave their WRs more opportunities to show their skills.

Speed is great but there is a lot more too it than that. You got to be able to fight off blocks and you have to be able to run good routes and you have to consistently catch the football. Fighting off blocks is where he needs to improve the most and it is critical. GBO!!!!

he's got a lot more to offer. Great hands and exceptional body control and well as a disciplined route runner. IN the right hands he's a star in the making.

Everything you mentioned is teachable. You can't teach speed, you either have it or you don't. That was my point.

Correct. The proof is the strides Malone made from his freshman year to now. I think a lot of it was his maturity, but his route running, effort and ability to catch the ball in traffic improved significantly.

1st 40 time- 4.41!!

Told you Malone was fast...

I thought he could do sub 4.4.
Still do.
Close.

I didn't know Ross was that damn fast though.

Go back and watch Mizzou game. On the post for a TD, Malone show outstanding separation speed from the defender
