Watching the replay of the game. No one on our team appears as in over their head as Malik Foreman. Stating the obvious based on his play this year, I know. You could put a highlight tape together of just him getting burned deep, missing tackles, getting juked/stiff armed, etc. Kid is absolutely not an SEC player. Cannot wait until Gaulden is healthy again and we can recruit some more secondary talent. It's sickening seeing Foreman looking like a 15 year old in this UGA game
E. Moseley is also not very good at all (again, it's been obvious all year). He was burned a few times also, and isn't physical at all.

Wasn't Foreman the one with the pass inference during the Oklahoma game and fell down on the losing td and the Florida got burned by over running the play on that they won with several things every game smhWatching the replay of the game. If you check their stats the same coach put 3 guys into the NFL...
Sutton hasn't had the season everyone thought he would have so far, but all other DB's have played very poorly at times....pass coverage one on one is terrible and so is open field tackling in the secondary.....Must Improve to become bowl eligable
I don't think anyone should be calling out players. These are young men, trying their best. Can you do what you are attacking them for?
Are you a defensive coordinator? On the plays where they are getting burned, do you know the coverage? Coverage busts happen and many times the person chasing is not the one who messed up. What is to be accomplished posting that in here?
Their greater issue is inconsistent safety help.
For every big-time play McNeil, Kelly, or Randolph makes, there is another play where a bad defensive read is made or a bad angle is taken.
As a result, Foreman and Moseley are being asked to cover 1-on-1 way too often. They aren't the kind of players that should be relied upon as shutdown corners.
Our defense does not match up well at all with their offense.
The good thing is that their defense doesn't match up well with our offense either.
Prepare to see a similar score to the one we had yesterday in my opinion.
One thing I notice with the CBs is they are late getting out of their back pedal. They give 5-7 yd cushions and back pedal until the WR gets to them and then decides to turn. By that point the WR has run past them while they are turning their hips. Late reaction
I watch a lot.....way too much...college football.
And it seems to me....maybe because I'm emotionally invested....that our DBs rarely turn and look for the ball when it's in the air like many other teams do.
I would love to hear from someone who has coached the secondary on when and how they are supposed to do so.
I'd like to replace Mosely-Foreman with Evan Berry and Todd Kelly.
Let McNeil and Randolph play safety.
Keep Mosely, Foreman and Martin if healthy for subs.
Jennings is going to be a stud at WRTK Jr. is not a CB...and he has looked very bad at times out there this year....
McNeil and Randolph need to be benched in favor of Evan Berry at one of the Safety positions with TK Jr.
I personally would use our open date to convert Juan Jennings to a CB or Safety. I actually like the idea of having a 6'4" guy who is athletic and can run at Safety. He couldn't be worse than McNeil or Randolph...
I don't know who we get to replace Mosely or Foreman--Martin?
