Malik Foreman...

Foreman is a good athlete with plenty of speed. What has set him back is he didn't really have any coaching until he got to UT. As someone stated above, the fundamentals. The high school he came from probably has the worst defensive backs coach of any high school in the state.

Wow. That's really not fair to the High School coaches. He played st 5A Kingsport Dobyns Bennett.

Watching the replay of the game. No one on our team appears as in over their head as Malik Foreman. Stating the obvious based on his play this year, I know. You could put a highlight tape together of just him getting burned deep, missing tackles, getting juked/stiff armed, etc. Kid is absolutely not an SEC player. Cannot wait until Gaulden is healthy again and we can recruit some more secondary talent. It's sickening seeing Foreman looking like a 15 year old in this UGA game

E. Moseley is also not very good at all (again, it's been obvious all year). He was burned a few times also, and isn't physical at all.

When will Gaulden be ready?

Spot on. No pressure, or very little pressure, from the front 7 is a huge part of the problem.

They feed each other to a point. The D-Line needs a little time to work but the secondary gets beat quick and teams can throw quick passes as well as deep passes. If a team gets the run going our secondary can't hold up if there's a play action.

Barnett continues to have big tackle performances although he's only had a couple of sacks. Phillips is hurt, Maggitt is hurt, and now as the DT pups are starting to look like wolves Tuttle gets hurt.

Injuries really hurt us but not using the youth excuse, it's common sense that aside from Maggitt and North the young guys are at higher risk of injury due to sheer size and strength.

You see a difference in Jalen Hurd from last year to this one, knock on wood. He's stronger and less prone getting hurt. We need the young guys to survive and then hopefully add more layers.

I see Foreman making great plays in games, but all I ever see on VN is peeps talking about how bad he is. I'd like to know who made the spectacular last play of the game. Does anybody know. It was a good play, so it could be that nobody remembers it.

12/13 have hurt us all season. Got torched against BG and in the losses to OK and FLA. Just watched the replay of the GA game. Foreman got burnt on 2 passes that could have been TDs and dropped an INT. Moseley fell down on potential TD pass and gave up a TD that Gary D said was embarrassing. Lack of a pass rush doesn't help, but these guys are getting beat badly. I don't claim to know anything, but we never jam the WR at the line to disrupt the route and rarely, if ever, look back once the ball is in the air.

You are waaaaay off. Foreman fell down and gave up the go ahead TD against Oklahoma and looked terrible on the winning TD against FLA. He dropped an INT and got lucky the WR dropped the TD pass against GA. I don't have anything against him and am sure he is doing his best, but he is killing us. What last play are you referring to? The one where Sutton was defending and Randolph knocked the pass down?

One thing I notice with the CBs is they are late getting out of their back pedal. They give 5-7 yd cushions and back pedal until the WR gets to them and then decides to turn. By that point the WR has run past them while they are turning their hips. Late reaction

If you check their stats the same coach put 3 guys into the NFL...

Their family blood line put Gerald and Coty in the NFL. Graham Clark had nothing to do with that. Kilgore... Doubt it.

You know as well as I do with better coaching the talent that's on that team could challenge for state instead on choking in the first round year in and out. Just don't act like coach Clark was the reason they are in the league.

Clark doesn't have anything to do with the Defense.. He coaches QB and comes up with the offensive plays.

I thought Foreman played better than Moseley yesterday. Moseley was the one getting beat deep for the most part.

Seems like Cam is playing NOT to get hurt for the draft and it shows............as he has been beat and missed a lot of tackles in the open field
Disagree strongly. If Cam was playing not to get hurt, he would not be returning punts. He is a great corner, but he isn't superman. Sometimes the receiver wins.

If I were opposing OC, I would go right at Foreman. I don't know what the requirements are for the nickel position, but he's not very good at it.

Ohhhh Nooooo. Please tell me this isn't the start of Justin Hunter 2.0. It begins w "seems", then its called " fact ", then herds of mindless sheep jump onboard and it becomes " truth ". Please, just stop.

THINK! If you want to get drafted you don't miss open field tackles and get beat in pass coverage. Listen to what you said.

I would lke to see Martin at the corner opposite of Sutton and Berry at the Nickel back position.
