I remember doing this PPFT 60 yard dash in 7th grade at a new jr high right at the start of the year .... this one kid blew everyone out of the water he was so fast... ended up winning the State track and field team championship with one other teammate during our senior year... that has never been done before or since.

Which points to something else outside of the sugar, no? Our food supply here in the US is not good. I can be in Peru consuming all I want, having beers, eating ice cream and cake, and end up losing weight. I come back here and try to be careful and balloon up. The routines aren't different for me between there and here. Something is off.
