Inexplicable to me.
UT was a double digit home favorite and lost. UT was predicted to win by homers, experts, and even UCLA fans.
My stand is that I expect UT to win the games they are supposed to win. I don't expect miracles, but losing a home game against a weak opponent should not be accepted. UT has more talent than UCLA, easily.
When Kiffin wins games he's supposed to win he'll never hear criticism from me. When he wins games he's supposed to lose he'll hear praise from me. But when he loses games he's supposed to win criticism shouldn't be inexplicable.
Why should Fulmer shoulder all the blame for Crompton? Crompton was the second rated QB out of high school. Fulmer can be blamed for not having better second and third string QB's, but not for Crompton being a bust.
Patients with coaching is earned. Kiffin is already in the hole. He'll climb out and earn the right to screw up.
I support the coaches and still hold a small hope that we'll go bowling.

That makes zero sense. Kiffin should be given "patients" to turn around one of the worst offenses in CFB and a 5-7 team.
So you had zero "patients" with Fulmer until he beat Florida and earned it, then finally ran out of "patients" last season?

only because kiffin won his first game so convincingly.
What dose Fulmer have to do with a coach that looses a game he schuld hav won his sekond time on the field?
Kiffin needs patience to rebuild a team that was 5-7 and one of the worst offensive teams in the nation.
If Kiffin is already in a hole as you say it's the hole Fulmer spent the past decade digging.
