That was the name of the original town and fort c. Revolutionary War. Nashborough, IIRC.

Apparently they want the relationship/meaning of the name to be changed. Instead of the official name being referenced to Francis Nash (American Brigadier General during the Revolutionary War) this dude wants it to be changed to being named after Diane Nash (b. 1938) and still living a Chicago native but apparently organized civil rights protests in Nashville while attending Fisk University.
