The bill bans retaliation against students and faculty for protected speech; bans universities from turning down speakers if their speech is deemed controversial or cancelling a speaker based on student backlash; emphasizes protections for certain political beliefs; and allows any resident of the state, regardless of enrollment, to sue a school for having their speech interfered with.
"The system will use Tesla vehicles for fast, zero-emission trips and is fully privately funded, no taxpayer money involved."

They didn't burn them They put them in the adult section. If parents want their kids to read/see those books, they can escort them there to do so.It's always cool when a state run by the Party of Personal Responsibility™ moves to have the state assume parental responsibility because you're afraid reading book a can turn someone else's kid gay.
