I hope it's not too soon I wouldn't want him to mess his ankle up more, with him on the court it definately gives em more confidence.

Is he just going to play or will he start?

Maybe just work him back slowly?

Lofton is expected back for Tuesday’s visit from LSU (13-9, 2-6). He was available for emergency duty last week and was a "game-time decision" before Saturday’s 94-78 loss at No. 1 Florida, according to Pearl.

"He has run, he’s shot, and he’s in condition and when he comes back, he’ll play 20-25 minutes," said Pearl, who added, "We have played without him, and now playing back with him, there will be challenges with that. That would be a challenge that I relish."

There was also this quote from former coach turned commentator, Cliff Ellis..
... Ellis’ message was for the rest of the league was to watch out for Tennessee when Lofton returns.

That includes defending national champion Florida, which visit Thompson-Boling Arena for a Feb. 27 rematch.

"It’ll be a different game in Knoxville," Ellis said. "It will be still a tough game, but it’ll be a different game with Lofton healthy, your home crowd.

"They can give Florida a run."

It will be interesting to see how the rest of the team plays now with Lofton back. That little dry spell without him might have paid off. I think that Ramar, Chism and Tabb have learned the most from it.
