This one strikes me in a far different way. This is someone who hasn't had things easy his entire life. He's been challenged in his career. He's worked with great teams. He's worked with rebuilding programs. He's a head coach, not someone who is impersonating how he thinks a head coach should act on a stage.
I don't know how well he's going to do here. There are some concerns. But at least he's a sentient, functioning adult whose had some challenges in his career both personally and in the jobs he's taken.
