Lack of motivation on team, undisciplined team, bad half time adjustments, bad play calling(although Chaney calls the plays, he has a choice whether or not to run that specific play), doesn't have guts(FG attempt within the 10 yard line against bama, and dont bring up Simms throwing an int because that was the next half), has yet to correct dumb mistakes that should have been corrected a LONG time ago(having too little or too many players on the field). Overall im not impressed with Dooley's style of coaching. Say what you want about being young and lack of depth because those are true factors, but that doesn't mean Dooley is the brightest of coaches. I dont think he's cut out for this kind of job just yet, he just doesn't seem to have all of the intangibles that are required to be a successful coach in the SEC. Im willing to support him and yes I know this job is no easy task, but im not sure if he is the answer either. With that being said, an immediate change should not be made until after next year, to ensure that he isn't the right guy for the job.
