Let's Reciprocate the Love to Hendon By Not Doing This...

Have a friend who was discussing UT football on facebook and mentioned Hooker. He was put in facebook jail; I’m not joking.

I hope we're all psyched about Hendon's decision to return next year. Since taking the reigns as QB1, he is executing Heupel's office well and has made Tennessee football exciting (finally).

Reading his Twitter feed and seeing what he stands for, his upcoming book (Scripture for Athletes), his humble demeanor, the love he has for his family both biological and Tennessee...

...as an appreciative fan base can we knock it off with the "Hooker" jokes. I get it, they are usually funny, and to many harmless. But who knows, maybe not to Hendon. He doesn't want to visit the local children's hospital and have some kid ask him why "my dad says he loves hookers."

Whether you're a Christian, an atheist, a frequent visitor to your local red-light district - doesn't matter. Let's support this young man for what he stands for and keep it clean (at least when referencing his name).

Apologies for being the fun-sponge. I want to stand up and support him in every way possible. With that, Let's go W some FA!

Yeah FB is crazy with the bans sometimes. I had an ole Army buddy post he was coming into town, I replied with “ are we going to burn it down” immediate 3 day ban for making terroristic comments.

Continuing to tell these lame Hooker jokes just gives the media more reason to unjustifiably stereotype UT fans as backwards hillbilly trailer trash. The jokes have never been funny and they are disrespectful to HH (even if he doesn’t know about them) who has given his all to our program and is headed towards becoming a VFL legend. The middle school humor is just lame and most of us are sick of the same jokes. Well done OP.

Why do some people feel the need to regulate what others post?

I feel like anyone laughing at these is either 9 or also finds it amusing to say Lame Kiffin, Phil, gators, Candy, etc. Lowest common denominator going to do their thing, best to just ignore.

Edit: 2 of these get autofiltered by the forum. Pretty impressive.

We are a fan base made of stupid. Like many others. Just stop caring about this stuff. You are worried about this and probably oblivious to how much money we will lose going to this bowl.

I won’t prostitute myself for a cheap laugh, however fart jokes are always funny. I don’t care who you are.
