These stats would suggest that we will see great improvement on D. This is my hype video and why I agree with the statement in this thread. I know that the talent level is different, but the consistency Pruitt has across different schools with different players hasn't changed. Expect good surprises this season.

At least 14 on here expecting 9+ wins this season...
True...as I said before, last year the D played some very good halves...but the offense kept them on the field all day.Nowhere to go but UP

Just because you take a couple decent performing assistants from various teams doesn't mean they will come together and work miracles for a massively under talented team in a tough conference. There is literally no tangible proof of an improvement outside of increased weights on the roster. Nothing. Until we see an actual game its all an unknown.
No more Georgia Tech please. They rushed for about 550 yards last year. I know it’s a whole different staff and we would have December to prepare, but I would prefer just about any other ACC opponent. That said, the Gator Bowl is a lot fun. Had a great time when we boat raced Iowa a few years ago.Tennessee will win 8 games and have a good possibility of winning a 9th game during the Bowl Season. Hopefully Gator Bowl against Virginia Tech or Georgia Tech.
