On May 12, authorities announced the arrests of three adults, including Asael Aminadas Torres-Chirinos, 21; Jarby Ardon Ramos-Odari, 18; Jeyson Sobied Pineda-Salgado, 17; and three juveniles, ages 13, 14 and 15, in connection with Thompson's death and a separate burglary that occurred on April 30.

The August crash, in which German Adriano Llangari Inga allegedly had a blood alcohol content "twice the legal limit," killed mother Victoria Eileen Harwell, and hurt her teenage daughter and sister, according to DHS and local media outlets.

"Despite a lack of cooperation from local Minnesota authorities, ICE arrested criminal illegal alien German Llangari Inga. This criminal illegal alien has been evading prosecution for vehicular homicide that resulted in the death of Minnesota mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell," Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement on Tuesday.

This is where my boss and a couple other Supers at my company live. Lancaster SC is extremely rural. Huge county with very little population, lots of undeveloped land. Its an hour drive from Charlotte towards Myrtle Beach on hwy 521. There is absolutely nothing in Lancaster. It was a dry county until like 2000ad, even then you couldn't buy liquor by the drink. No bars at all...you could get a beer at the 1 Applebee's in town but couldn't buy a shot anywhere in the massive county. For these 6 amigos to have done this down in that redneck county is shocking. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has threatened the death penalty for two illegal immigrants suspected in the fatal jet ski hit-and-run of 18-year-old Air Force recruit, Ava Moore.

Moore, who had only just joined the US Air Force, died after she was struck by a jet ski while kayaking on Grapevine Lake on Sunday evening.


Daikerlyn Gonzalez and Maikel Coello were arrested in connection with Ava Moore’s death.


Ava Moore was killed in a jet ski hit-and-run incident.

Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez and Maikel Perozo were both arrested on Tuesday after a standoff with police at their Dallas-area home, according to Fox 4.

Gonzalez was driving the jet ski with another woman when they allegedly crashed into Moore before Gonzalez fled the scene with Perozo in a blue Toyota Corolla, hitting two other vehicles as they bolted.

Gonzalez, from Venezuela, is charged with second-degree felony manslaughter, and her bond is set at $500,000 according to the affidavit.

Perozo, who was driving the car, has been charged with an accident involving injury, with additional charges expected Wednesday.

Gonzalez is not currently charged with a capital felony.

Both were in the country illegally, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement Tuesday.

An illegal immigrant teenager who was spared jail time after he was convicted of killing a Colorado woman in a high-speed crash has been arrested, along with his family, by immigration authorities.

The 16-year-old from Colombia was sentenced to probation and community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver, 24, in Aurora after striking a plea deal with prosecutors.

Weaver died after she was sitting in her vehicle at a stop sign and the teen T-boned Weaver's vehicle at an intersection. He was in a Jeep with other minors racing in a residential neighborhood at speeds of up to 90 mph, authorities said.

The teen was arrested and initially charged with vehicular homicide. At the time, the Weavers were told by the Arapahoe County District Attorney's office that the case was a "no plea offer" case, John Weaver said.

They then offered the teen a plea deal if he admitted his guilt.

Sinister twist in migrant 'murder' of Jocelyn Nungaray, 12, sparked by Rape claim from U.S. Woman on vacation​

One of the two migrants charged in the cold-blooded rape and murder of a 12-year-old Texas girl has now been linked to the rape of an American woman on vacation in Costa Rica.

The murder of Joycelyn Nungaray, 12, became an immigration flashpoint last summer after the suspects in her brutal slaying were revealed to be Venezuelan migrants who entered the country illegally just months before.

Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, and Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, are accused of luring Jocelyn Nungaray, who had snuck out of her house late at night, underneath a bridge.


After spending two hours with her there, the Venezuelan men emerged alone, and the raped and strangled body of the girl had been dumped in a near-by bayou.

Now, a US citizen woman who was vacationing in Costa Rica told authorities she was raped by Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, reported Fox 26.

The attack in Central America happened before Nungaray was killed June 17, presumably as Pena was en route to America from his native South America.

The unidentified woman went to Costa Rican authorities after she was attacked, but was ignored, revealed Kim Ogg, who was district attorney in Houston until January.

'When she reported it to the authorities in Costa Rica, they did nothing,' Ogg explained.
