Legitimate HC options

Call chip kelly and if he wants to leave then give him the job.

My biggest problem with Kelly is his system was beatable when teams had a few weeks to prepare (bowl games and openers) but he's much better than our last 3 coaches.

Also what about the coach at Colorado? Can't remember his name but he has done an outstanding job.

Yeah! Hell yeah! Do it NOW! We'll figure out the name later! :w00t:

I want a proven winner.

Gruden ... Love it, but he's not interested.

Les Miles

Chip Kelly

Dan Mullen

I'm not sure any of the other names are actually an upgrade.

I haven't seen Scott Frost brought up. No, HC experience but, none of the other options are very enticing either. With Guaratano the offense would be nasty.

Art Briles - They just paid a settlement that basically centered around sexual assault. Tennessee didn't even sniff at bringing Pearl back. No way, no how on Art Briles.

Any fan of UT willing to bring that snake Lame Kitten back into the fold was never and will never be a VFL.

I don't care if we have to hire a serial killer. I'm tired of UT being a punchline. Michigan is relevant again. Even Washington is relevant.

Kiffin may be an untrustworthy whore but he can recruit and coach and has probably learned from his mistakes.

Why would Satterfield leave a outstanding football program to coach a bottom feeder SEC team? No doubt he would make more chedder on Rocky Top but pride has to be worth something :)

The real question is, is next season going to be better? All signs point to no. Therefore why delay it a year?

Personally think Dan Mullen would be a home run hire.

Why no to Durkin and Macintyre?

Oregon probably thinks so as well, provided that the rumors of their HC listening to the door slam on his way out are true. Oregon or Tennessee? I think Mullen would go with Oregon.

TN won't pay for a proven coach. I would literally take Kiffi at this point. Probably just the disgust talking right now but I can't take another cliche' for a while.
