I laughed when I read the statement, and then again when Kiffin responded. It was all in good taste and I found it funny. lol

I'm surprised there's not a significant level of Kiffin hate going on. It seems like all of the Kiffin "haters" on here pick out every detail of something he says to spin it around.

Cast all the stones you want, I don't take kindly when people do things that reflect poorly on the university, especially when those things can be prevented by simply keeping your mouth shut. Hamilton needs to put a muzzle on BP until the NCAA rules. The fact that BP was even in a position to make such a statement is just another indication of Mike Hamilton's ability to administer the athletic department.

So the fact that Bruce Pearl was speaking at the Knoxville QB club and told them a joke off the record is an indication of Mike Hamilton's abilities? I swear some of you need to read over what you say before you post.

Lighten up Francis.

Yes, it is! Given the events of the past few months, if I were MH I would make damn sure I knew what BP was going to talk about before he opens his big, arrogant, self-involved mouth. The joke is the fact that anyone would think that anything is "off the record" anymore. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that anything that comes out of BP's mouth right now is going to be fodder for the national media -- I don't get paid millions of dollars a year like these guys, but somehow I know that. Nothing about what BP said is helpful to UT, nothing. So why say it? If you were MH, would you give BP a chance to do it again? And if so, why? What does it accomplish or help?

Why do you care what Bruce Pearl does and says? You're a Memphis fan.

Also, what does complaining about Bruce Pearl's comments accomplish?

Like I said re-read this and honestly tell us you don't have anger issues or are stoned out of your mind.

says the guy who also pulls for Memphis.

Curious question here..... Did you happen to have the same standards with John Calipari?

Doesn't matter what the exact quote was. If you have to lower yourself to trading barbs with LK, it's time for some serious self reflection.

You sir, are a truly sad indivisual. You ever say anything that isn't negative? Are you sgm's brother or something?
