I still feel like Santos would have decommitted already if he was going to. He now knows Texas wants him and still hasn't decommitted yet. I think he stays. A 245 pounder running a 4.6 needs to be on this team.
As Santos as they "say" swaying towards LiL UT which last week he says he was "ready to get in Knoxville and bust heads."
If you had to pick between the two, who would you rather have McNeil or Santos?
I rather have McNeil, he has been underrated on this board, alot of talk has been about Dalton but by far LaDarrell is more impressive in his HS career his senior year he had 184 tackles and for him and his Mom to drive from Texas to Knoxville and has been solid throughout this whole process unlike Santos. If you want to be a VOL don't sway, I know recruits like to go see school's and enjoy the process but this man is still stayed true with his commitment with us,after his visit OK St, that just won a BCS bowl. And he is by far our best recruit and we need a headhunter in our secondary for our future.
Give me Ladarrell McNeil, I just have a gut feeling Santos is going to switch on us but don't get it twisted we need them both:yes:
I seriously doubt he runs a 4.6 after seeing some film on him. Looks more like a 4.9 to me, he's a big dude. If he signs, I hope I'm wrong.
McNeil any day of the week. We have created a legend out of Santos that unfortunately he will never be able to live up to...all the meanwhile...in Covington, LA a young man by the name of Otha Peters is higher ranked, more tested, faster, quicker, meaner, tougher, and not receiving any accolades from the Vol faithful...he will be the pick-up of this class...he is a monster.
