Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Right. The anarchists will even stoop so low as to use the unproven claim of a rigged presidential election as an excuse to riot.

I doubt it. The riots in Seattle and Minneapolis during the summer of 2020 didn't distract from the horrible job that Trump was doing? Trump's horrible performance as president is what made it possible for Biden to be elected in the first place.
You get an A+ in trolling. Bravo 👏

If you think Trump was doing a horrible job his first 3 years you must be hanging your head in shame with what's gone on over the past 10-11 months.
Sure... but you probably think that Biden is completely to blame for inflation. That is what all of you think, and it's about as accurate as calling Trump a fiscal conservative.

No, I don't think Biden is completely to blame for the inflation we are seeing our idiotic reaction to covid is to blame. Biden is to blame for policies that will make it worse and more painful. And no Trump was not a fiscal conservative by any definition.

OK... I have been watching this trial for a grand total of about 10 minutes now. This is all I have seen of it, and I have a question:

Is this prosecutor serious?

Good for you. Baby steps.

If it's the law should have been applied before the trial started. The judge waiting until the end may appear to the jury like the judge is saying this is all ok.

The Judge basically said the charging documents by the prosecution allowed the charge to go to trial but the prosecution didn’t provide evidence to support it so he dismissed it. The prosecution admitted the rifle was of legal length to the Judge and that’s when he dismissed it.

Newsflash: If someone is being chased, they determine which way the chase goes. Therefore, getting shot by someone that you are trying to harm/kill, is the fault of the person being chased.

Is this guy for real? What cereal box did he get his law degree from? LG?

Edit: Holy carp, he graduated from Michigan Law School. I thought that was a pretty good school. They must be super embarrassed.

The national debt rose by $7.8 trillion during Trump's time in office. This was an increase of 36%... and the vast majority of this was done BEFORE the pandemic even started.

It bears repeating. Donald Trump is NOT a fiscal conservative compared to anyone. He is more to blame for inflation at the moment than Joe Biden. Although, Biden will make it worse, as @hog88 said.

He doesn’t have much to work with. Based on his actions during this trial, I am not sure he really wanted to be the one prosecuting this case.

Yep. He’s been like this the whole trial. Just making crap up.

I lean towards the idea this always had the makings of justified self defense but it was basically made politically imperative that charges were brought just so they could say "Hey, we tried to convict him".

Before closing arguments, the judge asked for a show of hands of by the jury of who would want to go ahead and start deliberations later today. At least eight said yes. It was not clear how many voted to wait until tomorrow.

Question: That would seem to be a strong indicator minds have been made up and I would think it would be in favor of the defense given the gaffs by the prosecution and the state's witnesses. What, if anything, should be taken from that? Am I wrong in my thinking?
