Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

I see the point but like I said, it was Veterans Day and I don’t see no harm in honoring a veteran no matter the setting. Any other day or any other person, I 100% agree

I understand your sentiment, but I still can't get on board with a judge doing this in a trial in front of a jury no matter what day it is. I give you a hard time, but after me explaining my thought process, I think this is something where you could hopefully say this is something we disagree on, but it doesn't make clarksvol un-American.

On here it’s all in good fun. I don’t mean anything by it. But I do say how I truly feel. Face to face with a leftist? Ehhhhhhh...... I’m not sure how well that’ll go tbh.

He asked that they applaud Veterans on Veterans Day.
He should have done so outside the presence of the jury. It had the effect of directing members of the jury to applaud the very next witness who was about to take the stand, as he was the only veteran present in the court room to applaud. It really shouldn't be so hard to understand why this was inappropriate. The same respects for our veterans could have been paid, without the jury present.

I know my take is probably more nuanced than you care to admit, but the only time I think a judge should applaud anybody during a trial in front of a jury is when he dismisses a jury and thanks them.

I'd say the only one that knows their intention was the judge. Just looking at it unbiased, one would have to say it was to honor a veteran on veterans day. God forbid that kind of thing goes on

Things I’ve seen that they’re reeee-ing about on this Judge so far across various social media and msm... he’s of boomer age, his ring tone is patriotic, he upholds the Constitution, he honors Veterans, his jokes are racist ( although it sounded like a dig on the supply chain issues) and he’s yelled at the idiot prosecution a few times for crossing well known and established legal boundaries.

Have I missed anything there?

Yeah. Last time i had to go into a courtroom they confiscated two cellphones that went off while court was going on. This guy thinks he's above the law!

Invite? Probably not for legal reasons. Privately be cool with the assistance? I know of an instance of this and I'm sure it's not an isolated instance
LOL. You people will argue any damn thing. The police do not want you taking your gun down to a riot. The odds are much better that it will only complicate matters for them.

More likely forgetful of his tech once in a while. Part of that boomer thing ya know. I’m sure he wants everyone knowing his ring tone just to provide leftist reeee fodder.

As I said - I know of an instance and the cop that told me about it indicated that it was not an outlier instance.

There was $50 million in property damage in Kenosha. I'm not saying there's some happy way to insinuate armed civilians into the mix but relying on the government to protect the interests of the people has clearly not fared well.
