Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

... but the people who were arrested for various crimes committed at the Capitol on January 6th, were just protest demonstrators, right? A protest demonstration vs A mob of rioters? This determination seems entirely subject to one's own individual perspective.

Not at all. If they destroyed property, hurt someone, stole something, etc then they were indeed criminals as well. Difference is they were arrested, while BLM rioters weren't or were bailed out by our very own VP. I only sympathize with the people who were at January 6th that have been over charged, or have been detained under sketchy circumstances.

It's the demonstrative way that he went about it. He was unnecessarily animated. He is hamming it up for the cameras.
I'd be pissed if a prosecutor tried to infer guilt to a jury because of Rittenhouse not speaking and discussed something I've already ruled as inadmissible. It causes an appeal and mistrial to put all of these people through a trial again. Unnecessary? It's not. You're making **** up. Per usual.

It was over the top.

It was over the top.
I didn't see the exchange at all, just the reaction here. It's it possible that the prosecutor being over the top resulted in the judge responding in kind.

I totally agree that cameras can cause people to behave differently, but so can pressure.

Yeah well when a prosecutor infers guilt from you hiring a lawyer when you're on trial for something, come back to me and tell me you're thoughts if the judge was nonchalant about it.
The judge did exactly what he needed to do to rein in an out of control dumbass openly trying to violate someone's rights for a "win".

I agree. The 5th amendment issue is disrespectful to law as a whole. It's crooked and gross. He deserved to be admonished in the fashion that he was. BB85s perception on why is a trash opinion.

Yeah, didn't you hear about the Georgia player accused of rape? They turned him into swiss cheese when he turned himself in.
Reminds me of that Chappelle skit "By God he broke in and hung up pictures of his family... Just sprinkle some crack on him and let's get outta here"

He only traveled 15 miles from his house.

Whenever someone is trying to hurt you while you’re on the ground, you have the right to defend yourself.

There was already violence going on during the protest. God knows what else could have happened that night.

Clown world: a hall of fame defensive end interviewing an Antifa member who directly contradicts his own testimony from a few hours earlier without any pushback or further probing from the interviewer.

How are we supposed to take these people seriously? It is painfully obvious that they are trying to craft a narrative to manipulate the public opinion. They don't even try to hide it.

I noticed the same on CBS evening news yesterday afternoon. The covert manipulation of the facts. It is shaped to make them appear unbiased and like Rittenhouse, his team or the judges are trying to get get away with something. They even mentioned that great source, Lebron James tweet.

This Judge is completely out of control

Schroeder also berated the lead prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, repeatedly on Wednesday. That same day, we learned that he appears to use a patriotic anthem played by former President Trump at rallies as his mobile ringtone.
