Not really, he waited for weeks for us to hire him. He was kind of a second option so to speak. He is a great coach.If Gran leaves, he's a punk. How many promises has he made to these guys especially the players he recruited last year.
After ONE year??? I could understand after 2-3 but one year? He just used Tennessee if that's the case and that's bogus.
Do you really think one barely "winning" year is a great change?? The YEAR BEFORED PHIL WAS FIRED WE WERE IN THE SEC CHAMP GAME WE ARE WATCHING TODAY.
I doubt that much of anything mkes sense to you!
Hes coached both sides.
But my point was that Gran was not really our first choice. At least it didn't seem that way. He was unemployed at the time, and we did not hire him right off the bat.
