If Gran leaves, he's a punk. How many promises has he made to these guys especially the players he recruited last year.

After ONE year??? I could understand after 2-3 but one year? He just used Tennessee if that's the case and that's bogus.

looks like we have a fulmer homer here. u can tell this poster knows nothing about sports. he didn't see how we played the #1, and #2 teams tough, when phil got smacked around by them a year ago. this staff is much better at recruiting as well

What's next? Monte gonna be homesick for Nebraska? It's the new nature of the beast I guess, but some continuity would be nice.

Not really, he waited for weeks for us to hire him. He was kind of a second option so to speak. He is a great coach.

That was an aberration we got cremated by ALA and FL that year. Lost to FL by 39 points. Just happened that FL had some major lapses.

This is about beating FL and ALA. Fulmer could never beat FL and can't beat Saban. Give Coach Kiffin a couple of years.

we go over this all the time but being glad that Fulmer is no longer the coach does not mean someone hates the man. It's just called rational thought

What you are doing is worrying about the wrong things in life. Worry about what needs to be worried about, not what you are worried about. When you contrast what has been contrasted while contrasting on the contrast, what has really been contrasted? I believe in contrasting the contrast, while not really worrying about it.

Hes coached both sides.

But my point was that Gran was not really our first choice. At least it didn't seem that way. He was unemployed at the time, and we did not hire him right off the bat.

I think it was a given that Gran was going to be our guy from everything I remember. Gran is a GREAT coach, there is no denying that.

I think Carl Franks would be a good hire at RB but would the Spurrier connections be too much to overcome?
