He might not have been, but I don't think he was as committed to TN as he portrayed. It didn't take him long to accept their offer, whenever that took place. He didn't even come home to discuss it, so I doubt the Cal offer took him completely by surprise.

Right, but you can't stop recruiting. From my understanding he thought he was gonna be here this year, it's why you saw him starting in on 2015 guys, and making trips to Arizona to dew okoroh. Probably sometime Monday morning he was let known of the Cal situation, and that they may be interested. Okoroh is committing at the same time, do you tell him hold off and start off mass speculation if nothing comes of the job?
If I'm wrong and he's been in contact with Cal for a week then I agree 100%, but I don't think that's how it went down. They targeted Mack, interviewed Musselman a couple times, and then moved very quickly on Zo.
