It's a program with 1 player and a few coaches at the moment. Not a lot of subject matter to discuss. I am concerned about her living room conversation with potential recruits/parents, sure 11 players left the program BUT.

Just read all the comments from just the lady Vols basketball posts. There are a lot of them. And wouldn’t be surprised if the ones commenting would be the ones to try and attack or confront her. They know who they are too. Just scroll

I look at some of the beloved coaches and they have great relationships with their players and fans. It isn’t hard to make a few social media posts or to attempt to come across as likable in a presser.

I think the thing that bothers me most is that I don’t think the worst season in program history moved the needle with the fanbase. The die hard Lady Vol season ticket holders probably have some pretty strong feelings, but overall it didn’t seem like a huge deal. I think if the Vols want to be the best, the resources have to be increased to match expectations. Caldwell should get one more year only if the resources are there to match South Carolina, UCON, Texas, etc. Otherwise, move on to a better coach who can do more with less.

I agree the concentration has to be on finding players. If she can't convince a LOT of players to come here - no need for her to say anything.

They spent top 5 last season in NIL. This is a failure with KC. Stop blaming things around her. She is a terrible coach that should never have gotten the job. It is embarrassing the hires since Pat left.

I am Team Lady Vols. No one, including Kim, is bigger than the program, and I think we are losing some things that made our program special. She's young! She may figure it out.

Absolutely still onboard for team Kim next season. Although as a Colts fan I really hate the Steelers for all those playoff loses.

I think most of us want the same thing as you say! There's NOTHING personal with KC. It's in everyone's best interest for this thing to start turning around for the better today. I'm fully onboard with hoping for the best. At the same time, I'm very skeptical that the style will work....two years in.

No matter if CKC addresses the fan base or not, I love the Lady Vols and want the best of a bad situation. My hope is that CKC makes changes and grows from this. However, I understand the frustration of the fan base, because this once stored program is at a serious crossroad. Will CKC be able to recruit the right players to go along with two excellent freshmen, one a top 5 prospect and one a sophomore with high potential? Will she find that leadership she needs in the portal? After all is said and done, what will the team look like? I want to see what her team looks like once CKC has finished with her portal recruitment.

They started off 16-0 last year with wins over Iowa and Fla State. There was no environment to foster mutiny or rebellion.

You are either a Vol or Lady Vol fan or you aren’t. Pick another coach to hate. Second year coaches rarely win national championships. We will know soon enough
