killing a coyote

I thought about that first thing, but that's a bad idea imo. Even a perfect kill shot and he is gonna run at least 20-30 yards.....that could draw unwanted attention.Sticky situation. I would be afraid to use a shot gun because of the noise and equally afraid to use a low caliber rifle with the fear of possible miss or ricochet.

IDK.

and a gun going off would not??

well the property mangement group said it's up to the homeowner to hire a trapper

my wife's going out of town on the 11th, so I think I'm going to put out chicken in a bucket of anti freeze

if i was still any good with a bow, that would be an option..
I talked with a neighbor about it today, at a b-day party with my son, and he's lived in the area alot longer.

he lives about mile and a half straight line from me and his property backs up to alot of undevloped field's and he says there's at least 20 of them in the area..

he had a thermal imaging camera up until last year, and would spot them from a tent when he and his son's would camp out in the back yard...

he turned out to be a pretty interesting guy, he's a serious part time adventurer, that's looking for the remains and ship wreck of Sir Franklin. Franklin was leading an arctic expedetion in the 1800's.

he's got some cool pic's and a badass bush plane...

In Search of Franklin

in case your interested in a 200 year old shipwreck in the arctic circle

Thanks for the link. Very cool stuff. Kooky, but cool, nonetheless.

Can't believe the coyote is still around. A blind hit man could have taken out 8 world leaders in this time.
