Kiffin talk of the Gators locker room

I know this might be tough for you, but why would anyone bet with you at 3 TDs when they can go anywhere else and get 4? I know you spend your time around people stupid enough to do that, but don't assume the rest of the world is that way.

Glad we cleared that up...I for one wasn't sure what beforehand or after meant.

Exactly. MoronGator should go home.

But they just keep showing up because our mods allow
re-re's on our site. Let me go to a gator site or a Bama site and annoy the piss out of everyone and see how long I'll last.

Sounds like FL can't take a Punch all I have to say to them is *W-A-A-H*
my 2 cents, Take it for what it's worth. UT needs to go on the attack 1st . If THEY (UF) are pi**ed as they say they are, it's best to try to turn that emotion (Peed Off) into frustration. They have yet to be challenged this year. If we can play the way were capable of, (NO TURNOVERS, PENALTIES,ETC.) It could be a close game for awhile. Hopefully just enough to get them rattled and earn their respect. Reality will set in, and it will be another typical UF-UT game of recent years. UF 42 UT 14.
IF we could find some way to get to Tebow while he has the ball, it could be a very interesting game. Hopefully Crompton will play JUST ONE SERIES then put in Nick Stephens. I may be dreaming, but one can hope.

Again, Meyer does not have to leave for ND (as expected) for UF's program to begin its decline. He simply has to keep doing what he is doing and the lack of discipline will take over the program.

And, yes, we have room to talk now. CUM is beating Kiffin 25-0 in arrests--and is way ahead in the 'Fulmer' cup. In fact, if CUM stays long enough, he could become your Fulmer. Good luck with that!

As for Richt, he's not even a factor.

Saban is the coach to beat. I started with that.

The series record is possible because UF didn't play UT when we dominated whereas we have played you during your period of domination (and, yes, I admit we're still in that period--which sux--but it will end).

As for making CUM cry without beating him, that's about all he did in the offseason concerning UT. Pay attention.

Again the discipline thing is overblown. College kids are going to smoke weed and get into trouble. I doubt we lose recruits over it. The majority of those kids are no longer with the team, but it gives rival fans something to poke fun at.

Yes, Saban is the man to beat and UF beat him already....in the biggest SEC title game in conference history....without Percy Harvin. Mark Richt has two SEC titles this decade. Fact is you guys are pinning your hopes on Kiffin being as good a COACH as Saban, Meyer, Richt (you notice I left out Miles), and that's a complete unknown at this point.

Florida and Tennessee can only play each other when they're scheduled to play. Other than General Neyland's heyday your next best stretch was in the 90s, and we played each other every year. Didn't you guys release a DVD called "Decade fo Dominance" not too long ago? Tennessee owned Florida back in the day, now Florida owns Tennessee.

Meyer was mostly silent about Kiffin's comments, and he's been pretty silent about it this week. Most of the reaction came from our AD, who tends to take public allegations of NCAA rules violations seriously. If you can provide a link to Meyer publicly complaining or whining about Kiffin's remarks, I'd love to see it. The fact is you can't.

A Michigan fan put this together, but this is what CUM sounds like to Vols fans (and other SEC and college football outside your ilk) :

Keep telling yourself discipline doesn't matter. Obviously, your coach agrees. I hope he sticks around long enough to test that view. If he does his time at UF will end the same way it has for every other UF HFC over the past two decades...

UT will send him packing with a loss to remember that the Vols have the superior program. It's your destiny, Gator. Enjoy your moment of fame while it lasts.

Back in the day (2004... a moment to behold... Zook's farewell moment!):

Go Vols!

Some of you guys are really preoccupied with sexual orientation here.

Almost as if you're, you know, overcompensating.

It's really more about the need for CUM and Tebow to maintain a senior-subordinate relationship and not let their strong attraction to one another become so obvious. They don't have to flaunt their partnership, especially in front of CUM's wife and kids.

It's disrespectful to Ms. Meyer.

Yep, definitely overcompensating.

I think it's hilarious all the junk on here about the gator fans singin Rocky Top... so what if they do. I think it's partly because they don't have anything of their own to sing other than that inane gator chomp thingy... UT has more football tradition and class than Florida EVER will. GO VOLS!!

MonroeGator, I've been on the board for a few years now and have always taken the position that "gator" and now "Teblow" is not funny because its so infantile. A large numb er of UT fans have joined in on that. I've got to be consistent, so do all of us Gator fans a favor and call the man by his name. He deserves it.

Quench my curiosity here lawgator... Why does an obviously ardent gator fan spend so much time on another team's forum? Is it...

A. You have no life
B. You don't have a job... I mean over 15,000 posts on an opposing team's fan site.
C. You are really only 15 years old, and don't have a girlfriend.
D. All of the above.

For extra credit, write an essay as to why it is UT that you have chosen to devote so much of your time to. I find it fascinating. It would be like me spending so much of my time over on the UK website. It's obvious that we have the upper hand on them... why would I want to do that? Do you get some sort of perverted pleasure in being here? Do you feel like a big man? Personally, I feel rather sorry for you since you obviously have no friends, a raging inferiority complex, and nothing better to do with yourself. If you are really a lawyer.. which I highly doubt.. you must not be seeing many clients since you are always here... or you are ripping them off.. which wouldn't surprise me either as demonstrated by the lack of class you exhibit here on a daily basis. Good luck to you... I hope you enjoy the game Saturday. I'll be in Brazil, and they don't cover college sports there... oh, and by the way.. the ugliest girl there is better than ANYTHING I have ever seen in gainesville. Tchau!

Girlfriend? You don't know LG very well, or did you mean a T-girl?

Well, I guess we are set. We have had an excellent game and one not so good. We have been smashed by the media, our boys have been ripped by those who hate, and our coach is being made out to be an awful person, arrogant, loud mouthed, oh I guess you have heard it all. Our team is supposedly reeling from the loss and are now "realists". We only have half an offensive line, our QB issues have been discussed and our receivers can't seem to complete a route properly. The other team is really just wondering how much they will run the score up, the reporters are hungrily waiting for the story line to heat up, fans are looking out from hand covered eyes as the ship wreck comes to fruition. There is A lot of hate built up towards the boys, a growing disenchantment with the season this year (wait until he gets his own recruits) and (doesn't really matter what happens in this game) seem to fuel the message boards from the wise ones and the “I told you so” crowd. So, from the heights of anticipation to the depths of despair the fans are all still trying to recover from their disappointment last weekend.

Well, this game only comes around once a year. And I for one don't see any reason to buy into the unnecessary negativity floating around. In fact, I will (I already am) be pumped for kick-off, ready to watch the Volunteers take on the Mighty Gators. Seems to me I remember a game somewhat like this with another team from Florida back in 1985 in the Sugar Bowl. At that point we had no chance and that one turned out pretty well.

But there are other reasons to be there: The disrespect, the juvenile fan behavior, and the childishness of the coach who refers to himself in the third person while referring to his quarterback as the young stallion. Give me a break! That kind of attitude begs for a good old fashioned Tennessee butt whooping.

Tennesseans have never backed down from anyone, whether it is war, depression, Appalachian poverty, disrespect from the gentility of easterners, revenuers, or other associated know betters. We will be the better team because we aren't full of ourselves. Our QB is down but don't short change the mountain spirit that kids who are raised up there have. It is a toughness and resoluteness that others can only hope to have.

So while the Florida fans will make asses of themselves in their arrogance, the announcers will play CLK's early comments until they are known better than the best Super Bowl ads in history, and the Florida players will gather to demand what they think is a given, a few fans and few players will go down to Gainesville with a stubborn and determined glint in their eyes to show the anointed ones just how tough it is when you fall off the wall you climbed to look down at others.

Our team will Play for each other, for the coaches who teach you, and for the fans who cheer you. Play for respect. Think of everyone turning the TV to the game to catch what is happening with Tennessee in the lead. Think of shutting up the incessant Tebow, Tebow, Tebow from the announcers. And play to be part of the team that overcame supposedly insurmountable odds to take its' place in Tennessee lore.

Our players will, take the fight to the field, never quit, go an eye for an eye, and line up like Tennesseans. The VOLS have an opportunity to blow up the landscape three days from now. Remember, only one time a year do you get to play this team. Make the most of it. The VOL's will bring a little piece of Florida back with them to hang on the shelf as a reminder. And by the way, there is no sweeter sound than Rocky Top all night long in the Swamp!

We are UT!!!
Let's go get some Gators!!!
