His mom also sued McDonald's for selling hot coffee. SMHHH..... I hate lawyers and our judicial system.

Ok to be fair, there's no reason a folding chair should be severing fingers. It sounds like his lawsuit is justified. Like them or not lawsuits are one of the only ways to keep faulty, dangerous products out of the marketplace.

And THERE is your hardship issue, give Mays his immediate eligibility.

And on another note, not only are players transferring out of Georgia at an alarming rate, but they seem to be leaving with some serious animosity.

Justin Fields left and all but called Kirby a liar and lamented the handling of the racist comments by the baseball player and the culture in general. Brenton Cox left and looked like the weight of the world had been lifted off his shoulders in the following days and weeks. He hated Georgia. Cade Mays leaves and we find out a lawsuit is involved. And there have been several other guys who departed and left us all wondering why. They couldn’t even hold on to Mr Bulldog, Jake Fromm. He was supposed to be their Tim Tebow, their Peyton Manning, the player who loved the University so much he couldn’t bring himself to leave. Nope, not enough love there, Fromm’s gone too.

Kirby missed his window. His program is collapsing and he’s got one SEC title to show for it.

If you’re gonna go out leaving your program ablaze, at least follow the Urban Meyer method. He left Florida at the beginning of a slow burn that ended up lasting most of a decade, but he had two National Title and two SEC titles to show for it.

Kirby’s got one little ol’ SEC title and a bunch of bumbled coaching moments in high profile games.

But but but....

As long as Kirby wins the East he’ll be there as long as he wants!

So, Big Kevin has this accident in December 20, 2017 and suit gets filed just inside Georgia's 2yr. statute of limitations. Why are we just now finding out? I guess I am trying to assess the cause and effect here as to what is impacting what. Did the information about the suit come out only after the younger Mays put in for the transfer or is it the other way?

if that’s their ceiling, his days are numbered.

That’s all they’ll ever do.

They’re 1 SEC title is because Gus pulled a rabbit out of his hat causing Bama to miss the title game. LSU wasn’t good at the time and the East was a mess.

There is no ifs anymore in my opinion. He’s no better than an East title, getting slaughtered by the west and with a lot of help getting an appearance in the playoffs...

Don’t stop believing tho Ga fans... those visors are were it’s at.
