The pressure of the Ky job has really gotten to Pope this year. He has alluded to wanting to curl up in bed, and dying. His mental health is obviously not good right now. Their fan base wants him gone today. If you say yes to walk the sideline at Rupp, expectations are through the roof. They expect to win every game, every year. Pope will not survive there, if they ever find the right coach, they will get back to being elite. I really hope Pope gets the help he needs to deal with his mental health. He does not look well either, after the Missouri loss at home, he looked defeated. Getting out of that job may be the best for him and his family.
