Yeah, sweet 16s at the minimum. If she can coach Missouri State to that level, then I think it is reasonable to expect her to do that here on a regular basis with the resources and talent pool.LOL we need to get back to the sweet 16 firstand hosting NCAA games. I want final fours but I know this will take a bit of time but I want to see improvement on offense and commitment as well and a fiery coach who gets their team motivated to play.

If we lower the expectations to sweet 16s "on a regular basis", then of course she can be successful. Wasn't good enough for Holly. People were already calling for her head after her second season, and it had already reached a fever pitch after year four. 3 elite 8s and a sweet 16 wasn't good enough, and a 25-8 wasn't good enough because it ended in the second round of the tournament. And I'm not saying that was acceptable, just that there shouldn't be a double standard. If it wasn't good enough for Holly, it shouldn't be good enough for Kellie.
I agree. If Kellie is going to be the answer to raise our program back on the national level, then that should be the minimum. I meant that after the last 3 years that sweet 16 should be seen as adequate for the first year and then maintain or surpass that level. She shouldn’t get a pass when Holly didn’t.
