It's not a court of law. It's a determination of if he's suitable to be a SC Justice for the rest of his life. Clear headed people would conclude that he MAY not be and that there has to be a better pick out there.

You are supposed to get the fact that he’s toed to one of the women making a claim against K . He never saw K do anything wrong ( sexually ) but he came in late and drunk a lot . Oh by the was me and Ks accuser are besties and I believe her . Nope ! Can we not find a witness to any of this heathen debotchery that’s not tied to one of these women ? You know like an impartial witness ?

That “ this isn’t a court of law and only a job interview “ stuff is wearing thin on the public and voters . Everybody knows by now the man is on trial for his career and life in the court of public opinion . He survives this and goes on or the Dems have ruined him and his family it’s that simple now .

If you guys (and senate republicans) feel K is the best selection possible, then by all means support him and vote him into a lifetime appointment as a SC justice. In a way it would be apropos to have Trump appoint the worst justice ever. The majority of the country will know for decades to come that a known perjurer and probable sex offender was allowed on the bench by Trump and his followers......MAGA

Now, I understand you disagree with his judicial philosophy. Specifically which parts and which cases he's judged? And don't say this article, I really don't want to have to prove you wrong again.
