Kavanaugh Confirmation

Another joke right? Call it what you want. The odds of him crossing the other R. on the Court is almost nil. To even suggest that the justices will keep their political philosophies out of decisions is laughable. Why do think there is this battle and the battle before? Nobody thinks that. The Rs seem to think he is expected to rule according to R values and the Ds think he will also rule according to R values. Those values and beliefs are directly reflected in the way they vote and to suggest he is the same as the one he is replacing is also laughable. Kennedy was the only one that didn't cave to the party and had the utmost integrity of any justice on the court. You have gone full Redhat.

LeeAnn Tweeden said on the radio that she accepted Franken's apology for his inappropriate behavior. Still, Franken was gone in a month. That would never happen with a Republican Senator from a "purple" state. Again, your "what-about-ism" sucks.
Bull squeeze.

This past weekend I had some folks over to my house. While having a beer out of a solo cup with my best friend and another guy friend I cracked a joke and we all laughed hysterically for at least a couple of minutes.

OH.......... NO............. I didn't realize it! Since we were laughing in front of a closed door someone must have been getting raped in my bedroom! Fellas look out it could happen to any of us!

Wow.... Just Wow... I have no clue what was happening in the rooms but guys at a party with beers were standing around laughing in front of closed doors therefore someone was being raped. I am about speechless at this point.

If there is a party with people drinking and not laughing , those are the ones you need to watch not the ones laughing and having fun . The other ones usually are the little psycho ones that will ruin it for everybody .

Woman’s Rape Claim Against 4 Dentists Falls Apart with Video Evidence
Prosecutors in Las Vegas dropped all charges against four California dentists when video evidence did not back up a woman’s claim that the men raped her.

Authorities initially charged Ali Badkoobehi, Poria Edalat, Saman Edalat, and Sina Edalat with rape after a woman claimed the four men forced themselves upon her in a room at the Wynn hotel in July, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The accuser told police that the men held her down in a chair and took turns raping her and that she could not resist because she was too drunk. The men were arrested early in August, booked, but then released as the case moved forward.
Now, the entire case has been dismissed after prosecutors dropped the charges based on video evidence that did not align with the claims of the purported victim, the paper reported.

“After review of the facts of the case, it was clear that the allegations were completely fabricated,” lawyers for the accused men said in a statement released to the media. “The evidence confirmed the men’s innocence, and the state has cleared them of all charges.”

Freshman year roommate of Kavanaugh says "boof" meant sex. Anyone have ANY evidence yet it meant flatulence?

Couple of questions troll supreme.

1. Did Roche go to high school with Brett and was he part of the friends that had inside jokes?
2. Wasn't this the guy whos name is redacted in the testimony? You know the one with the history......

A real lawyer would ask these questions to themselves.

Anyone have any evidence he assaulted anyone.................should be the only damn relatable question in this situation. ****, listen to yourselves lol

A quick stroll through Mr. Roches twitter feed should tell anyone what they need to know about him and political leanings.

So THIS is supposed to pass for evidence? Some guy on Twitter claiming it to be so? Then here's your evidence that it is about flatulence. I, SamRebel35, do solemnly swear that as a long time user of the term "boofing" it is a term meant to be applied only as a synonym for flatulence, and has nothing to do with violently assaulting women at nonexistent parties. There's your proof. Case closed.

Social Media DESTROYS NBC News Claim Kavanaugh Lied Under Oath About Second Accuser

Late Monday night, NBC News "revealed" that a series of text messages, sent between a handful of Brett Kavanaugh's friends, showed that the Supreme Court nominee was aware a classmate named Deborah Ramirez intended to make a claim against him. NBC News framed the information as evidence that Kavanaugh lied under oath on Thursday when he told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he learned of Ramirez's accusations only when they were first published in the New Yorker.

"The texts between Berchem and Karen Yarasavage, both friends of Kavanaugh, suggest that the nominee was personally talking with former classmates about Ramirez’s story in advance of the New Yorker article that made her allegation public," the mainstream media outlet reported. "In one message, Yarasavage said Kavanaugh asked her to go on the record in his defense. Two other messages show communication between Kavanaugh’s team and former classmates in advance of the story."

Damning, right? According to the story, Kavanaugh knew about Ramirez ahead of time and was marshaling his own defense for days before she went public, only he told Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) last Thursday that he only found out about Ramirez's claims when Ronan Farrow released his tell-all.

There's just one problem: the NBC News story leaves out a key detail. Kavanaugh admitted, in a deposition conducted by Senate Judiciary Committee investigators, that he knew Ramirez was looking for dirt and calling around to a handful of shared acquaintances trying to substantiate her own claims, and that he discussed the flurry of activity with an "inner circle" of associates.

But Kavanaugh didn't find out precisely what Ramirez was telling reporters until reporters for the New Yorker asked him for comment.

NBC News somehow missed that little detail. But Twitter didn't. And one user, "@AG_conservative," laid out the holes in NBC's reporting for the world to see.

The testimony matches with that Kavanaugh gave when under oath in front of the Judiciary Committee.
