I agree something may have happened. I also agree she was drunk, which would speak to the gaps in her memory. That's also why I question how can she be 100% certain it was Brett Kavanaugh? She doesn't remember when, doesn't remember where, but she's certain it was Kavanaugh? I think it's all a haze to her and I think it entirely possible she's accusing the wrong guy. Would also speak to why the lifelong friend she claims was there at the party claims she has never met Brett Kavanaugh. Impossible to meet him if he wasn't there.
