SCOTUS justices can be impeached. Same process as other federal impeachments - majority vote in the house to impeach; 67 votes in senate.

None have been so high profile. I think he would be the one, considering the scrutiny given.. Again, If it is proven. The DT definition could be correct, even if only in his mind. But that'd be as weak as his stomach.

I'm not saying he WOULD be successfully impeached. Just that perjury is grounds for impeachment.

So the basis for the dims and left to stop this nomination relies on juvenile fart jokes, juvenile drinking, the xanax drenched memory of a loon, high school year books, their failure to not report but instead exploit sexual assault claims, being angry at Trump, and ignoring witness testimony. Sounds legit.

Actually, all the Supreme Court appointments made by Ds could in theory be impeached for eating cheerios, but that is the stupid silly slope only lonnies like yourself would consider for spite.

It'd be incredibly hard. But as a start you'd look for all recorded uses of the word that you can locate. Any appearance in dictionaries. Look at the etymology (appears to originate as a contraction of butt fu**). Get Judge under oath to say what it meant since he used the same term. Get testimony from others at the school as to what it meant. Look for any uses where it meant fart.

Also, I don't think there's any clear view on what the standard of proof would be in an impeachment.
