Took anyone to trial for perjury based on their usage of those two terms, 38 years ago, as opposed to your supposed definitions.
You and I both know you'd never take the case, and would be laughed out of court if you did.
And just like interpreting scripture. It doesn’t matter what it means now it matters what it meant then. It's also another phrase for the Bermuda Triangle, which was REALLY popular folklore at the time. Is it more likely that they were talking about trains, or that they co opted a popular and mysterious name for a drinking game?
And... Counselor... If you took this to trial for perjury, what would happen?
Just an ignorant comment.Kavanaugh lied under oath about the meaning of Boofing and Devil's triangle.. Also, a man involved in such things might possibly be drunk enough to do what Ms. Ford says he did.
Why not an investigation? I don't want a sexual molester on the Supreme court, REpublican or Democrat.
Ok. Ill be straight. If those terms can be precisely defined and he lied under oath then perjury charges should be brought. If guilty, impeach.
