Kavanaugh Confirmation

I don't hate any of them.. But maybe I've not been Schlapped enough.

Maybe you haven’t been trying to bring the race card in where it doesn’t belong . We almost made it through this without race being brought up . Well if you don’t count the media talking about old white men questioning a survivor . On second thought NM it’s always going to be brought up .

I used to eat the sh!t out of them

I loved these too. Do they still make them?

Appears they are no longer made. Also a disturbing number of Amazon reviews say they used them to reward employees. If I got a candy bar at work for doing a good job I’d quit.

I'll agree while resisting the urge to expound further. Damn, I've spent way to much time on here today..

The ABA is apolitical???
If so, the NRA is too.
From the article:

The comments are striking because the organization gave Kavanaugh its highest rating of unanimous, "well-qualified" for the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh himself touted that rating at Thursday's emotionally-charged hearing where he denied Ford's sworn testimony that he attempted to rape her when they were teenagers.

Kavanaugh noted he was "thoroughly vetted" by the ABA.

"For 12 years, everyone who has appeared before me on the D.C. Circuit has praised my judicial temperament," Kavanaugh said Thursday. "That's why I have the unanimous, well qualified rating from the American Bar Association."

LG, EL, and CWV must be in charge of that organization now.

Bunch of dumb lawyers. Amirite?

In the letter, the ABA president says the Senate must remain "an institution that will reliably follow the law and not politics," saying a "thorough FBI investigation will demonstrate its commitment to a Supreme Court that is above reproach."

forgive me laughing at the bolded.

My question was and is, is the ABA apolitical?
