May take a few years for the right case to get there. My guess is that the right wing states attorney generals are all jockeying for who gets to advance the right case up the ladder.

Look for very controversial legislation coming out of places like Alabama, Utah, Arkansas, Mississippi. Everyone's going to want to take credit for being the one to get it done.
