that's a mighty fine line you are drawing. especially considering the publicity started before the investigation. point still remains that these, as of yet, unsubstantiated charges have had a pretty drastic impact on Kavanaugh. looks especially dubious when the accuser is making a mighty fine profit from the matter.

this is what I am noticing. its not just win at any cost. its make sure that its not worthwhile for the other side to win. this stuff has to stop. both sides. we should be working together to make things better. they (DC) have no interest in America.

Both sides have participants acting very irresponsibly, imo.

Its perfectly fine for GOPers to say that they are suspicious of the timing. It is not ok to say that, therefore, she's lying and is a Dem operative/plant.

Its perfectly fine for Dems to say that the process is moving too quickly and the allegations deserve to be checked into. It is not ok to say that given the lack of that by the GOP they believe the accuser.

Lindsey Graham on Fox the other day said it best. "What am I supposed to do? Just automatically believe her and ruin his life? She deserves to be heard and we will and judge it then." Or words to that effect.

He's exactly right. Have the hearing, go in with an open mind as best you can, and see who you think is telling the truth.
