a scenario to think about...
A is a waitress at a very busy bar. B is a patron at said bar and happens to be falling down drunk.
A is pushing through a crowd with drinks to protect. B turns and falls into A. A pushes B back up out of the way and moves on.
A is pulled into the office with managers and B present and B makes the claim A intentionally grabbed her chest and wants her fired.
Thoughts?

No, it isn't. *Whoever* put their penis in front of her face - if anyone did - didn't touch her with it; she stated *she* touched it with her hand.

Sounds to me as though she may have assaulted an unidentified penis by doing so.

Have you been paying attention? We've had stories in the WaPo even about the "culture" of the frat that K belonged to. The message is clear. Frat guys are guilty.

How about the allegations against the frat at U Virginia - people believed it all because that's what frats do. Completely false and made up allegations.

Let's not pretend that only one side is playing out stereotypes to suggest guilt.

Saying rape culture on college campuses is a problem and that frats have a major role in that is not the same as “frat boy = rapist.” No one needs to weep for fraternities

My feeling is she believes what she's saying (even if it isn't true). The evidence is against her 4 - 1 in terms of witnesses though.

I think she's being used horribly and none of the decisions she's accenting to were ones she wouldn't have chosen on her own. She's a pawn.

I went to frat parties at 18 and nothing ever happened. Then again i controlled my drinking and was never inebriated. I'm the dork who drank coffee at 12 so i could drive others home safely.

However, if only Ford and Kavanaugh testify they are considering letting witnesses - such as TRAUMA EXPERTS - speak at news conferences.

Negotiations on testimony are expected to continue over Sunday, with Ford's team and the panel still not able to agree on crucial details of the hearing.


While all parties have agreed on only using pool cameras, keeping Ford and Kavanaugh separate and providing police security for the RENOWNED psychologist, there is still no consensus on whether alleged witness Mark Judge will be subpoenaed.

No, it’s not. Compare the number of times in this thread where you see “she’s a drunk,” “she’s a whore” or both to the number of times you see “he was in a frat”

See I cant tell anymore from all the leftest media and talking heads if they have been calling him a rapist and guilty because he was in a Frat or just because he’s a man . I guess I’m supposed to listen to the congresswoman from the big island when she tells me to stand up for a change .
