I agree. If you don't file charges and follow it through. What then, an accusation is an accusation not a guilty verdict but the stain remains. How do you prove a woman or man is making malicious allegations? That's why it's the ultimate grenade. That is a horrible and frightening truth. Anyone bringing a false allegation should be locked up for years.
I think society is finally moving to a point where people will be more likely to file charges. The old days of O'Reilly, Weinstein, Trump, and Cosby aren't what they use to be.I agree. You'd think with such a heinous accusation one would want to immediately bring it to the attention of the confirmation committee so that it can be investigated instead of you know............sitting on it for weeks and weeks before notifying anyone.Well that may require an investigation.
Could be. Or maybe she was just struggling with her decision of going public. You'd think with such a heinous accusation one would want to immediately bring it to the attention of the confirmation committee instead of you know............sitting on it for weeks and weeks before notifying anyone.
Especially when the accuser went through a polygraph weeks earlier. It's almost as if they intentionally waited to the last minute to cause as much disruption as possible.
65 women have already come forward in his defense, and 3 people supposedly at the party with her are saying they weren't there. One was a female friend of hers. I put nothing past your team. The end justifies the means with you folks. That's just it though, how do you know without an investigation? What if a few more women come forward in the next couple of days?
He already admitted to that. Didn't understand why that ethic should be considered an issue.65 women have already come forward in his defense, and 3 people supposedly at the party with her are saying they weren't there. What exactly did I admit? You're suffering with that inability to differentiate between assumptions and reality. He already admitted to that. Didn't understand why that ethic should be considered an issue.
Now question... Did she name girls that were there with her and those girls denied? Or were there a few girls people assumed would have been with her but weren't?
Big difference.
No. They had multiple women come forward, and a pattern of sexual harassment over a period of years, and none had 65 women come forward to back them up.Do you believe Weinstein, O'Reilly, and Cosby were innocent?
