I think something happened to her in her past. It wouldn’t be the first time that a victim has misidentified someone due to trauma.I'm asking you, is she sincere and just making a mistake in saying it was K?
Or is she making the entire thing up at the urging of a Dem conspiracy?
Both cannot be true. But K and the GOP keep saying both. Sometimes in the very next sentence.
When did he say she was a plant? I missed that. He said that she was being used to smear him for political purposes. He also said that his heart goes out to her, but he didn't do what she claims he did. That is not the same as saying they planted her. Nor is it an answer to what she says.
She went swimming prior to going to the house "party". You weren't listening closely enough, a lot of distractions to be sure.I think something happened to her in her past. It wouldn’t be the first time that a victim has misidentified someone due to trauma.
Keep in mind, she shared this with no one. She doesn’t claim to have been raped only that she feared she might be. The mind is a powerful thing especially for people who are already imbalanced and traumatized. Listening to her she fits the bill.
How would you remember wearing a swimsuit under your clothes and not remember how you got home? Why would you wear a swimsuit under your clothes? It wasn’t a swim party from any of the testimony I’ve heard.

Me personally, I waffle between the two. I could see this. But the forced broken voice with no tears seemed incredibly fake to me and had me leaning toward her being a liar. The half mil in gofundme isn't a good look either. I suspect it's a convenient way to launder money and pay for testimony.
But I will concede I don't know much and she may be genuine.
That's because everyone is tiptoeing around saying she's lying. No one will say it. It would be the kiss of death.I'm asking you, is she sincere and just making a mistake in saying it was K?

Her testimony was that she left a pool to go to the day-party, I do believe.I think something happened to her in her past. It wouldn’t be the first time that a victim has misidentified someone due to trauma.

And now you are doing it.
She's sincere but mistaken as to who it was.
And she's getting paid.
I would have asked K, "is it possible that a reasonable person could listen to Ford's testimony and believe her?"
Follow up would be, "if a person believes her testimony, would it be reasonable to vote against your confirmation?"
