Only problem with that is one of Ford’s attorneys went on CNN last night and said any investigation that concludes by next Monday, wouldn’t be a legitimate investigation.

He's hit or miss with his arguments with many guests but he absolutely destroyed that Democratic Strategist. Mercy rule should have been in place.

And of course to people on the left, the only “legitimate” investigation will be one that concludes that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted Ford.

They've been at a tie in the last three until the latest (completed on the 13th) that has the R challenger up 3. RCP average is +.6 for the R.

True but I’ll bet Collins votes yes if Ford is a no show. I don’t see how Manchin can vote no either. Flake has even seemed to come to terms with it. So if Repubs protect the party majority and flip two or three red state Dims it’s fine. And we’ll be happy to take Mccaskill’s seat too 😈

They don't have to flip any Dems if all the Rs come along. If all the Rs don't come along then no D's will flip. They could even lose 1 R and get a 50/50 tie that Pence would break.

Yes agreed. That’s basically what I was trying to say also. R’s just take care of their party and it’s done anyway then.
