Kamara Showing Out

LOL @ comparing Dobbs as a true freshmen to Worley as a redshirt junior.

We're talking about who should have been a starter going into 2014.

Dobbs was clearly better in 2014. He performed better during the spring game. And when he finally got his chance against Alabama he proved to be much better.

You're reaching bro. Nothing in those numbers suggest Worley was anywhere close to the passer Dobbs was.

Worley never redshirted at Tennessee. Graduated Highschool in 2011, played at Tennessee 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.

So every NFL expert says he is looking like the #1 RB but you still think 2cd round? Does that mean you think Cook, Fournette ect will be behind him in the 2cd round also?

"Every NFL expert?" Come on. Saying he was the biggest winner at the combine does not mean the mocks have him going off the board first.

AK cruised to a 4.53. Didin't look like he ran too hard. I think he'll definitely go faster than that.

Well....he had two tries and ran 4.53 and 4.65....

Hardly cruising when you're trying to impress with your physical attributes...

Kamara is a good back, but if he had finished at Bama--NONE of you on here would be singing his praises....

Cook, Fournette, McCaffrey, and even Joe Mixon are all better RBs....

And they've done it consistently over their careers in college......Kamara had a flash game against that pathetic aTm defense and good numbers against Vandy and KY....and less than mediocre games against UGa and Bama....and didn't even finish the Bama game.

There are significant obstacles for Kamara in trying to convince anyone that he is worthy of a draft pick before the 3rd or 4th round.....

Those GMs don't wear orange glasses and drink big Orange Kool-Aide....

Kamara is 3rd rounder at best....4th rounder likely....

I honestly would take a guy like Samaje Perine over Kamara if I was looking for a RB to play all 3 downs....Durability issues are REALITY in the NFL....

That's just my opinion which is not an expert opinion at all...

Plenty of experts had him in the first round before the combine and I think he only helped himself

Yea I completely agree with you. I wonder how his football IQ is, because of it is "up there" then hopefully the patriots take him. Then the pats use him as a strong feature back he impresses and gets a big contract with another team. If he can do that then he will be lengthening his career and getting the money he wants... But I don't think he will last that long.

The Pats currently have Dion Lewis and James White that fit that role. LaGarrette Blount is a FA though, so I could see them taking a Samaje Perine, D'Onte Foreman type back later in the 2nd or 3rd rd. Patriots aren't the type of franchise to spend a 1st on a RB, and by all counts, it will take a 1st or early-mid 2nd to land Kamara, who like I said, doesn't really fill a need for them.

There were rumblings about them splitting ways with either white or Lewis... That is why I was curious about the pats... But it might be the rumor mill... Which I probably is.

If they are parting with one, I'd guess it was Lewis based on his injury history and salary differential between he and White. White is the better back of the two IMO at this point too. He got the majority of touches in in SB51, plus they still have him on his rookie contract for another year.

Yea that's what I was reading that is was Lewis... I just don't know if he was there at 32 of they get him based on how much value they put on protecting the ball... That is one of the red flags on AK. I don't think they go after him but you never know.
