Kamara Showing Out

I would take cook and Kamara over fournette, no question.

I said Kamara over Fournette and Cook months ago and y'all said I was crazy.

Cook and Fournette are exposing themselves as frauds today with the poor vert and broad jump numbers.

Kamara = Marshall Faulk 2.0

Also if you look at his career ypc, the only reason hes on our top rbs list is sheer volume of carries. He has the WORST ypc of any back in our top 10.

The RB's are up after the OL. Every once in a while they will throw up some stats, but the real stuff starts soon. RBs have only done the broad jump and vertical jump. Kamara had the best numbers in both. Fournette...not so much.

They said Fournettes vert woukd have been good for 10th among Olinemen.... crazy bad

Jalen Hurd was a bad RB. Before arguing with this, consider the fact that he's no longer an RB.

I think Kamara would have been great for Bama. But it's not like Bama wound up missing out on production.

At Bama, Kamara sat behind Yeldon, Drake, and Henry. At UT, he sat behind Hurd. One of these things is not like the other.

LOL. Nope. Hurd is better than any of those RBs in Alabama.

How many times do you guys have to be told NFL ain't college.

Fournette and Cook are getting exposed right now. And they were the talk of college football. Kamara was barely used and he's the talk of the combine.

Some guys are simply just great in college while others are great in the NFL.

Jalen Hurd just has problems. But as a NFL talent he is better than any of those overrated Alabama RBs.

I rarely agree with you but a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile. Alvin is the real deal, but i think hes more of a Jamaal Charles than Faulk personally. And seeing as charles has the highest YPC of any back over 1000 touches thats not bad company

I don't see Kamara falling as far as the Patriots but put him in that offense and he could see huge numbers rushing and receiving, Roger Craig type stuff. I'd hate for him to go there but I could see rookie of the year type production if he did.

You're still crazy but I agree with you on this statement.

No. Butch Jones is just stupid.

Remember it took injuries for Dobbs to also see the field.

I get the frustration with the Hurd and Kamara situation.
But Dobbs was to be redshirted that year. Now just think if he were back as a redshirt senior with the improvement on th O-line. He would have huge season.

Welp spoke too soon, this is asinine. Hurd IS NOT AN NFL RB. Kid is a hard worker and a special talent physically but he is in no way a better rb than those guys. Bad vision, bad hips, cant make anyone miss in the open field. His longest run ever is like 42 yards and he had like 800 chances to break a big one. Kamara, kelly, dobbs all had several runs longer because they have open field vision and moves.

No. He ain't Jamaal Charles. He's built more stout. USC RB Ronald Jones II is the next Jamaal Charles.

Alvin Kamara is a clone of Marshall Faulk.

With this sort of combine performance, Kamara isn't making it out of the top 20 picks in the draft.

I think he's now solidified himself as a top 15 pick.

I don't care to argue the Jalen Hurd situation anymore cause he might never play in the NFL now because of his stupid decisionmaking.

That post was more directed at that bama fan for thinking bama RBs are actually any good in the NFL. Those guys are consistently busts.

I said this months ago. I said he was easily the #1 overall RB in this class and a top 5 player overall. I said he a Marshall Faulk clone.

Alvin Kamara = future HOF talent

He just brings a different skill set to the table.. and its awesome. Marshall might be a stretch but I understand it. Id say CJ Spiller

1. You're still sticking to the ridiculous notion that Hurd is better than those other rbs? Lol. He's not even in their league. Jalen Hurd will very likely never play a snap of NFL football, certainly not as a running back.

2. Fournette and Cook were the "talk of college football" when, wait for it.......they were playing football. Are they gonna be drafted to play football or do standing broad jumps and 40 yard dashes.

3. I hope AK is the first RB taken, I wish he'd be the first overall pick for that matter, I love the kid. But your "logic" is flawed and your reasoning is nonsensical, as usual.

4. Kamara was certainly underused, and you did nothing but advocate for it for a year and half because of your love for an extremely average running back who eventually flaked out and quit on his team.
