You can only go by what’s released. They’ve been charged with misdemeanor possession and they’ve been suspended. No guesswork needed. Are you alleging that they’re arms dealers or inside traders? 😏

I'm just saying you keep throwing around the word allegedly. Same goes for you, they were allegedly suspended for possession.

That's just simply not true. That's all they were charged with. They weren't charged with breaking and entering or robbery because the victim isn't cooperating with police. But that is beside the point, because the university knows exactly what happened. They sent an email about it to all students and faculty the next day.

What's not true is that they were suspended for the nothing drug charge.

KPD =/= UTAD

The suspension and the charges are totally different matters at this point.

Correct. And it seems weird you don’t want to grasp this for page after page.

The U can, and does, act independently of police work. Do you think all students that get suspended or expelled only do so after there are police charges? You know better than that. Again, Mimi Groves says hi.

Mimi Groves was on a video saying the N-word. You can debate the university’s reaction but it can’t be denied that she did it! It was the basis for denying her admission. It’s WEIRD that you can’t GRASP that fine distinction. Without police charges or evidence that they did otherwise they’re not being suspended for anything other than what’s been brought forward. Quit being WEIRD and come back to Mother Earth you nut! 😅

So you go from it "has tto be murder" to "show it used in a simple possession charge".

Do you win many debates using that tactic?

Regardless of whether the victim is afraid to press chatges...assaulting someone when they open the door is a piece of **** move...i for one have gone from a Salter fan to hoping he is booted from the team along with the others involved.

You mean a side arm throwing 17 year old who just made bad decisions is not going to save the program? If he stays he will be a defensive back in my opinion. However he probably needs a fresh start elsewhere.
