Kahlil declares for draft

Didn’t bother Kahlil. He had 8 tackles in that game..

Yup GT ran the ball 95% of the time and for probably over 100 plays. Pretty much everyone playing LB and DL had 7 or more tackles; Bituli 18.

CBs probably had clean jerseys after that game.

Also most of the time it took 2 guys to bring them down, so that padded the tackle count as well.

I don't see it from a production stand point, but it's hard to keep doing something for free if you can get paid for it. Good luck.

Biggest bust in Vol history based on his dominance coming out of HS and what he actually did at UT. Granted he was injured most of his time at UT but when he was healthy...average at best. Not even close to the Haynesworth “part deaux” that I expected.

Brian Darden says "not so fast".

I like KM, but I think he knows what's coming and he wants to move on. I'm guessing Pruitt has made it known you are going to WORK or hit the road. Also, I'm not buying the 'better coaching' excuse. He's had the same coaching DB and a few others who have been successful here. IMO, it's a mistake and unless he changes his mindset and work ethic he will get eaten alive in the NFL.

Never lived up to his hype....Not even close.

Perhaps in the NFL, his name and size will help...His play has been average at best.

Flip the roster ASAP. Hope he does well but I won't miss him. The saying...looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane seems to fit here.

Bryce Brown, Chris Donald and Kenny O'Neal say, "Deal us in."

Well played. Who was the defensive player from knoxville that fans were desperate over? He signed but didn't do squat. Think he was a LB. Knox Webb maybe?

Chris Donald, yes you can add him to the KM type of flop. We’ve had 100’s flops but only a few were 5 star dominant in HS.

Not sure they had the star system back then. He was one of the top backs that year and the top player in Mississippi. Many called him the starter the day he set foot on campus at UT. Semantics aside, he was a bust most certainly on the level of Mac....if not more so.

Chad Pennington and Randall Cobb were the biggest Fulmer busts ever.

No. There was a kid from the Knoxville area that fans went Cade Mayes over. Just had to sign him or the world as we knew it would end . Almost certain he was a defensive player. Dont think he played much at all. LB or maybe a DE?

Running back Leroy Thompson is the first one that comes to mind. Went to Penn State in 1987.

Chris Donald was 5 star overall best defensive player in the nation from Huntington TN. and saw PT a walk-on in mop up would get.

He definitely wasn't a dominate force in college. I wish him the best hope he plays well enough to have a career in the NFL.

I agree. I especially wish him well after reading him announcement on Instagram. Class kid and hope he’s one of those guys who does better in the nfl than in college.

I hope he finishes degree. He's very lucky to have this father to fall back on if things don't workout so smooth. But noone ever wants to pooch off their parents. I wish him luck but question his choice here.
