Just watched LSU TD run and got me thinking

Once he got through the semi sized hole there was no one there. I could have scored on that play.

Maybe if our guy stopped for a sandwich. Every DB got blocked. Perfect execution but the RB was the least significant part of that play. Most significant was the QB changing into that play.

Not correct. Brossette was third team last year. That was his first rushing TD.

I remember John Kelly breaking a 50 something yard run off 2 years ago. That was the last long RB run. Dobbs had a few long TD runs but not a RB. Hurd was too slow and while Kamara was quick he never had that track level speed, obviously it hasn’t hurt him in the NFL

You’re right John Kelly had a 73 yarder is forgotten that. It was against Tennessee Tech tho
