The delay in a resolution should be punishment enough. The team and coaches that remain had no part in these infractions.

Don't have to. The UT admin in the most mind boggling episode I have seen called a press conference to fillet the program in front of the cameras and eliminated almost every bit of wiggle room they could have used with the infractions committee. Saban and Dabo don't have to inform UT recruits and their parents from the recruiting area SEC and ACC teams build rosters. The UT admin, in a brilliant move to try to save a few million that may or may not work, made sure to publicly announce their issue in a way to guarantee maximum impact.

Think Tenn's issues are bad, LSU literally was caught using a fund raiser in the name of a children's hospital to pay recruits but they have taken what has been proven to be the best course of action and make the NCAA prove the allegations and throw them a bone or 2 along the way. LSU just had a phenomenal class and is in great shape in this class. LSU knows the NCAA doesn't want to devastate their big money brands. The current UT brain trust, not so much.

Well, obviously, that than which a greater cannot be conceived is not possible not to exist. I mean, c’mon man. Every recruit knows this.

Or could it be the lack of on field success, the unstable staff, the lack of ,,,,,,???????
