Went to his Twitter and everybody’s recruiting propaganda uses the same picture of him in his stance. I just thought that was funny.

Tennessee assistant Will Friend was in Kansas to see Darel Middleton , Lakia Henry and mammoth offensive tackle Bamidele Olaseni, with all three squaring off in the upcoming JUCO national championship.

6'8" 330lbs....

247 has him as a .9000 4 star composite.
Rivals has him as a 5.8

Add him to the class and it lets Wright ease into the lineup and not be thrown into the fire, and Akpo/McBride maybe redshirt.

When JP was in Memphis this week did he visit McBride?

Reminds of a standup routine a guy used to do years ago. He claimed that once you got past a certain size, you were no longer a person --you became a place.

He moves pretty well for a huge guy. He would benefit immensely from a big time S&C program..

Are we too late? This kid is a MUST... surprised we weren't on this kid sooner, given our depth issues.

numbers are the bigger issue. we've been looking at a 5th OL be it the kid that is committed to OU, Wright or a guy like this.

if Wright is in, not sure we take a 6th OL.

of course that's not taking in to account if one of the OL commits gets processed or decommits.

Same school that Blair went to. Same height too. We all know how that turned out.

Nah this cat is different. His feet and attitude make him look elite. He’s not just blocking big guys he’s blocking smaller guys in space. That’s hard for a 300+ lbs guy to do. He’s a road grader. We should pray for this one to happen. Our online would become instantly better.

The way we're getting more traction with top recruits, I don't see how we avoid some git shirts.

Yep, thanks-- did't realize this would be the 6th... The kid just looks like he has all the measurables and ripe for a Power 5 program to mold him.. quick for that size...
