After all the complaining i have seen...would you guys honestly rather have ramar running the point... Ramar can be scary good, but when something goes wrong he drastically tries to make a highlight reel play to make up for it , which leads to something even uglier..

Ramar can be scary bad and lately has been. No question it's past time for him to sit often and late.

JP has obviously worked on his FT shooting. Ramar still sucks at it. That's not everything, but it goes to show you who is improving and who isn't.

2 straight turnovers in crunch time. Give me the senior leadership of Jordan Howell. May not score but won't turn it over when we have the lead.

Ramar played awesome in the final minutes today, after a bad performance earlier in the game.

I just hope Pearl can keep pushing Prince and Ramar's buttons, because we're going to get very exposed very soon unless we have better point guard play.

go with Ramar for the rest of the tournament and then work with JP over the summer and move him to PG for next year

After watching today's game, I'd tend to agree with you. But J.P. is going to have to keep seeing serious minutes in the interim given Jordan's shooting drought.

There is no may in the equation, he is 4 for his last 40 shots if I heard the announcer correctly.

I think Ramar should start this late in the season and Prince back him up at the point even though Ramar didn't play well at all until OT. Hopefully, the OT Ramar will continue to stick around.

You're going to catch crap for that, but it's very intelligent. He gets way too much flak; he does the best he can with the ability he has. Lofton got a ton of support when he was in a slump; Jordan gets nothing but cheap shots.

I wouldn't be scared for the ball to be in his hands in a close game.

He cannot play defense and now has become a liability on the offensive side of the ball.

Yeah, expect to see Ramar starting on Thursday.

I do not. I expect CBP to tell him to pull the ball out and run the offense instead of trying to force the issue. If he ever becomes a team player we will be awesome. all three pgs are playing with a chip on their shoulders and fill they have to carry this team.

1. Lofton got a ton of support when he was in a slump; Jordan gets nothing but cheap shots.

2. I wouldn't be scared for the ball to be in his hands in a close game.
1. Because Lofton has showed over a long period of time that he can be a great college player. Howell on the other hand has showed he is a bellow average college PG and right now he wouldn't start for a HS team.

2. That makes 1 UT fan that feels that way.

To have played point his whole life, jp is for sure not a ball handler and just does not look comfortable out there. i would go with ramar.

I have to assume you're including Jordan Howell, and if so, WTF? lol

Enter howell 8 point lead to 2. No defense. No shots thank god. 4 versus 5. I right now cannot see him contributing except in FTs and missed several the last few games. He has lost his confidence. if CBP needed to make this decision with these two PGs then there must be something going on with these guys.

Howell should never see the floor again, no question. Prince and Ramar should play about equal, just go with who is playing under control at the time. I trust Pearl to play the right matchups. Prince looked really good at times today, then almost gave the game away. At this point we just have to hope they don't hurt us too badly.

I think Prince played pretty good except for the 2 TO at the end of the game. I would like to see both Prince and Ramar running the point as long as Howell doesn't see the floor.
