Either Josh or Jacoby Brissett will be the starter, barring another trade.

No it's not or he would have been a back up. He was barely third string when he was on a roster. Unless Brissett gets hurt, Dobbs won't see PT during the regular season.

How can you barely be 3rd string? Either you are or your not!
